The cushion that you ordered no longer suits you ? You have simply changed your mind ? You have 21 days from receipt of your cushion to return it to us. No returns will be accepted after this period.

 

You have the right of withdrawal with reimbursement without penalty of amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of products.

The only fees that will not be reimbursed are return shipping fees.

 

Professionals do not have the right of withdrawal.

 

 

Conditions for returns

 

Products must be returned undamaged, complete, wrapped in its original packaging, in perfect condition for immediate resale.

They must never have been used, without any damage even minute, and they must be perfectly clean.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete or not returned in its original packaging will not be reimbursed or exchanged.

 

For return requests, contact customer service using the contact sheet or send an e-mail to the following address: contact@maisonpopineau.com, indicating your order number.

 

We suggest returning the product with Colissimo upon signature or insured for the product value, compensation guaranteeing their real value, in case of damage or theft of the product. In all cases, returns are at the Client's own risk.

Once you have sent the package, we recommend sending us an e-mail with the tracking number on the shipping form, with your name and order number.
